We provide proofs by post prior to all custom orders.</div> <bR> <div> <B>FAQs</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>How long will my order take to arrive? - </B>Standard web orders should reach you within 5 working days, however please allow up to 7 working days in case of postal delays.  If you require emergency dispatch please contact us to confirm we can supply you by your required date.</div> <bR> <div> <B>How Long do the shapes keep for?</B> - stored in a cool dry place, the seeded shapes will keep for up to a year unless otherwise stated on the accompanying instructions. Shapes may absorb moisture from the air and start to curve slightly. This can be rectified by pressing overnight underneath a flat object such as a book.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Do you provide small orders of custom products?</B> - Yes we are happy to produce bespoke orders as few as 50 units.</div> <div> Can I check my custom order before I buy? - Yes, we always send out free proofs for custom orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction.</div> <bR> <div> <B>How long do custom orders take to arrive?</B> - For small custom orders we guarantee to dispatch within 14 days of payment. For larger orders up to 21 days should be allowed for dispatch.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Is your seed paper from renewable forests or recycled paper?</B> - Our seeded shapes contain no wood pulp at all. They are made from renewable source, water soluble, plant starches.
